Water in tranny

Water in tranny
So, this is my 3rd auto tranny quad. First was a polaris, second a suzuki vinson, now the BF.
So I take the BF creek riding today, after finally cleaning the carbs from last weeks ride in the water.
Not 20 minutes into the ride, and I heard the muffler go under, no problem right. Wrong. My BF runs like crap anyways, and what did it do, quits running, allowing all the water, to go right through the pipes, and into the head.
So after two hours of drying, i finally get it to start, but wont move.
I drained about 5 gallon of water out of the tranny. Never before have I had a quad hate water so much.
Anyone have any snorkle ideas?
