The event is something many people look forward to each year.
You can jump the teeter-totter, but you still had to make it tip down. If it didn't tip, you had to push it down on your way back through so you could make the return trip over the teeter-totter on your way to the finish line. The crowd loved it!

I came in second in the Utility Division, a guy on a Polaris Scrambler with 23" Holeshots came in first, guy on an Outlander 800 demo came in third. You can see the 800 with All-trac tires in the pic titled "pit area". Another P650 rider came in fourth, and the biggest surprise was a rider on an Arctic Cat 500I; his first try at this event and he came in fifth. He could throw that big beast around!
We had 29 riders in the Sport division, and 11 in the Utility side.
A rider on a '99 Banshee came in first on the Sport side, he has won every year he has entered. A Honda 250R was second, a built-up YFZ450 was third, another 250R was fourth, and another Banshee was fifth.

Scott,
Cool pics...the atv event looks like a lot of fun.
What area in VT do you ride atvs? I'm traveling to Burlington on business tomorrow, and I didn't realize they had an ATV riding area in VT. If I had known that, I would have tried to plan an extra day in VT for me to go riding (on a rental ATV I suppose).
Happy trails...

Vermont is very ATV unfriendly. The only reason I ride there is that I have family in the area. They ride ATV's and know where to go without getting caught! All state land, snowmobile trails, and Power company land is off-limits (unless you know your way around, lol).
However, I believe that there are some organized trails in the northern end of the state.
