CLUTCH HELP ME OUT PLEZZZ! ASAP

Default CLUTCH HELP ME OUT PLEZZZ! ASAP

hey guys ? for you how do you get the secondary clutch off on a p 360 it keeps spinning around and i try to stop it but i cant get it to stop.....the shop told me all i had to do was remove the nut thats holding it on and it would slip off HELP

if it has a big nut in the middle u need an impact wrench it will pop right off.

so does the clutch have a atticioner on it already or if i try to put a new belt on it will i screw up the belt or what??? HELP ME

Just like he said. Get an impact wrench and it will come off.
Unless you belt is way worn out you will need to pull the primary off also as not to damage the splines in the driven pulley.
Then if the belt is too loose you have to remove shims.
Then you will need a tourque wrench to get everything back like it should be.
Best bet is to buy a service manual or let somebody who knows what they're doin do it.

Also what is a "atticioner"?
You may want to try typing in English and be patient.
You might get more help.

ok dude i know what im doing ok i have changed belts on selds and othere atvs but not a kawi before so dont start sayin i should let some one who knows what there doign do it it dont take a rocket sicensts to change a belt ok im just sayin but i dont want to start fighting with you or any one eles im just trying to get an idea of how to do it but if its like a regular sno sled clutch 2ndary it should be easy to change so i shouldnt have to pull the clutchs off but i was going to do it to the 2ndary clutch to make it easyer

no need to pull the primary. Do you have the belt off? if you do use an impact on the nut(left handed thread) you sould be able with a little tug to pull the driven pully off.. check out nyrocs site

its the same as the 650/700

I got the clutch off and put it back on put the new belt on and it jumps and almost stals out when you go to put into gear the shop said it needed to be shimed and i was wournding how to do that any INFO on shimming the sndary clutch? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
