I just called the dealer again, I'm only calling every two weeks as I dont want to pester them.

Nothing. Nothing in the foreseeable future, no promises from Kawi, no hint as to when.
but...I'm supposed to stay off the bike till it gets repaired...

What dealer are you calling? Roush Motor Sports? I'm calling Metro Motorcycle (in Mantua) every week and still no luck. No hints or anything. BS. Kawi should AT LEAST TELL THE DEALERS WHEN TO EXPECT FREAKIN PARTS!!!

i was at my dealers on monday and thay say that nothing has come in yet and there not sure when there getting them.
and there telling me the same thing that i shouldent be riding it untill its fixed.
so i told them if thats the case then thay should extend my warrenty at the end of my term for how ever long it takes them to fix it.
thay just smiled and said i would have to take that up with the manufacture not them.

 

I usually consider myself unfortunate to live in SoCal, I guess this time it paid off.
I had it done at Quinsey Powersports in El Cajon, Ca.
They don't even stock utility quads anymore, maybe that's why I was able to get it done so quickly.

What all did they do, I was lead to believe they are replacing more parts than orginally thought.

 

Both my dads and mine got done. I called the dealer, he got me right in and both bikes back the next day. This was about on the 16th or 17 of August. I am in Central Utah. Ron Greene Sportscenter in Mt. Pleasant.
