I have a stock '04 V-Force and i took it to a local track this past saturday and so far the best time i have come up with in the 1/8th mile is 9.56 and the best 300 ft time i have so far is 5.41. If you ask me thats pretty damn good for a stock V-Force. even though top-end speed is lousy its still a beast

 

Those are really good times for a stock V....

 

What surface were these times on?

 

asphalt. At a 1/8 mile drag strip in Royce City, Texas. Pretty decent track if you're ever around.

 

Paris TX. had a couple of drags for atv's last season that the track owner was impressed with. From what I hear he is thinking of starting a couple of different classes for atv's. The races will be ran on friday nights right along with the cars. If they start letting us race every friday you should come on down and check it out, Paris is only about an hour and a half from Royce City and the more the people we can get the better. Who knows you might get to run that V against my little old 4x4.

 

Sounds like fun.. by the way it wont be stock for long. EPI red came in yesterday. How much does that track charge to get in? Royce City is $12 plus a $5 racing card.
