My P700 has kinda of a clang that sounds like it comes from the front universal joint on the rear swingarm. It only has 10hrs on it and has done it since the first time I rode it. It does it as the power is unloaded from it such as when you let off the gas, or going over bumps and the supension compreseses. If I put it in gear with the engine off and rock it back and forth it makes this same sound. I havent paid it much attention as I just assumed it was normal but would like to hear from other P700 or 650 owners if theirs makes the same sound.
