Default custom intake tube made for mojave??

Hey, just wanted to know if i could make a intake tube for my mojave. I thought about using a dirtbike tube (a good section) to fit around the end of the carb, clamp that then use like an inch and a half or 2' or bigger pvc pipe with a slight bend to put it back by the rear of the quad. Then simply clamp a uni on the pvc pipe. I was thinking about buying cwr intake tube but if i could make it why buy it. any help will be appreciated.

I have mine made out of a mandrel bent 90 degree exhaust pipe and have a radiator hose connecting the carb and an uni filter. It made me go up a main jet size after installing it.

it shouldnt be too hard. just get a 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch rubber boot adaptor that you could champ on to the 2 inch pvc and to the back of the carb, then cut the pvc a little before the rear shock and then use some 30 or 90 degree adaptors to work your way around the shock, then just stick a uni pod clamp-on on the back with a outerwear and you should be good to go. all the stuff (besides the filter) can be bought at a local hardware store and probally wont cost any more then 10 bucks and you could get the filter at rocky mountain or dennis kirk. o and when your done paint it black so it looks cool lol
