When I installed my HMF it came with the propper jets. If yours didn't I would probably try stepping up 2 sizes on the mains if your exhaust is a full system and 1 size if it's a slip on. I don't know what the 750's stock jet sizes are so I can't tell you numbers. But if you try this you should be very close because it's the size change HMF recomended when I installed mine. Hope it helps.

Go with what the instructions say. I don't know if you've done any jetting before but the jet numbers jump in increments of 2 until you get to larger sizes then they jump in increments of 5 or my dynajets do anyway. In other words if you go from a 142 to a 144 it is a one size jump not two like the numbers look. Since your exhaust is a slip on try taking the main out of the rear carb and putting it in the front. Then go one size larger in the rear carb than what you pulled out, this should be what they recommend and will put you very close if not spot on.
