Default Why wont my 650 go in or out of 4wd

My 650 wont go in or out of 4wd it is stuck in 4wd when i push the button i hear no noise and when you turn it off you hear no nise like you are sposed to hear.

Remove your seat and unplug/replug in the control unit (smaller black box) with engine OFF. See if this resets. If it doesn't, your control unit is most likely shot (if both diff actuator and ebc are not working).

Thanks............ I will try that tonight when i get home from work. i have to take it to the shop tomm do you think they will say anything since i have 26' mud tires on it ...

Big wheels usually cause excessive stress to the drive train including the cvt belt, mechanical damages. Got nothing to do with the electronic problem such as control unit that I mentioned earlier. However, you may want to do some visual check on front diff actuator and diff gear case for any obvious crack. Some time ago I had a cracked diff actuator and experienced a similar problem on my BT.

Alright thanks....... Man i have had alot of trouble out of 650 since i have bought it i have had to have a accuator replaced and also a keyswitch. witch caused it to go into retard mode do you think things will ever get better....
