Best advise I can give is buy a Clymer Maual will be best $20 bucks you spend. It has break downs on doing everything. Between that and directions from a jet kit it made my first time jetting very easy.

Good luck

Somebody posted some good pics and instructions on zcentral, or is it z4oocentral (I had to use o's instead of 0's cause it wouldn't let me post that name). Anyways, it's very easy. Check out my sig. If you're still considering pipe brands, I love mine. The cdi I got made a HUGE difference. I'd get the cdi first. I got mine from A & B xtreme right here on this forum. Great prices. You can probably do a search and find my post with A & B to see the prices I paid.

To get the best performance enhancement you should get an air filter and jet kit when changing the pipe. However most of the times you may just need to change the main jet. Which are only a couple dollars as opposed to more than $40 for a kit.

If you are piping the 4-wheeler, go with the yoshi full comp (rs3). I just got mine today (12/18) and so far i have ripped a wheelie in 3rd so hard i bent my grab bar. All the more reason to buy a new grab bar. What I did was got a powerlid, yoshi comp, and a jet kit. Just read the instructions with the pipe. Here is a tip though, when taking off the headpipe, discconnect the hose connectiong the radiator and the engine. The headpipe won't fit without removing it. Just remember to add more anti-freeze when you are done. Also, the carb is hard to get to. The instructions don't explain how to get to it, it basicly says jet the bike to (blah). Like I said, just read the instructions and you will get the proper jetting. I just hope this sways you into a good decision. O yeah, rockymountainatv . com is the best price around. Hope this helps
