If they are new!
I get between $140.00 to $180.00 for 4@ holeshot tires, so that leaves around $300.00 for wheels.

The stock rear rims are fairly strong.. The fronts are OK.. The holeshot XCT's should last you about a 12-18 months, depending on how much you ride and the type of trails.. More you ride on the roads, burn outs etc.. the faster they will wear down..

I picked up ITP C series rims with Mudlite tires for 300.. all 4 tires brand new.. recently picked up Hiper beadlock rims with Maxxis Razr2's, front and rear for 600. used in 1.5 races.. The tires looked new, the rims was fine, worst case, new rings if you didn't like the scuff marks on them.. Wait until race season and pick up the tires off racers.. They normally sell them cheap and they have plenty of tread on them for trail riders.. Some of the Pro's get huge discounts on their stuff, so when they goto resell the items, they are at great prices.. Just normally the looks aren't the greatest..

For going to a tire place online, that price is about right though with rims.. Check ebay, and even with some of the site sponsors here to see if you can get discounted packages..

The XCT's are a nice tuff tire though.. the HD's and razr2 are awesome!

If those are for brand new that seems like an alright price. I taco'd the stock rims on mine within months, the T9's have held up awesome. They have some pretty big gouges out of them but don't leak and still spin true.

I've gone through the stock XCT's, Bandit XC's with the kevlar belting, Realtors, and Spider Tracs. I currently have the realtors mounted for winter and I have a brand new set of Holeshot HD's that I will mount in the spring. I totally destroyed the the XCT's and likewise destroyed one of the Bandits, I really expected better durability out of them.

Can't say enough about the Baja rims though, I thought the stock ones were junk.HTH
