Default bayou 250 vs early bayou 200 differences

I need to do a top end on an 04 bayou 250 for a friend. I have access to a manual that is for bayou 220 1988 thru 1995. I know when they made it a "250" all they did was change the decal on the side. is there any differences between the '88 thru '95 and the '04 engine wise. I really just want torque specs, valve lash, end gap and timing info. hopefully I can use the early model manual

I have a 2002 Bayou 220 and a 2005 Bayou 250. It is my understanding that the engines are the same with the exception of the piston and cylinder (the 250 has a larger diameter piston and cylinder). I have used the Bayou 220 valve settings for the settings on the valves on the 250 and have had no issues.
