I have had both now when it comes to the color of the wheels, Black is nice but the shiny looking wheels look sharper, IMO.

The tires are the 14" mudlite xtr's. They look like mud tires but they are really all terrains. See some of the reviews to confirm. No clutch needed. I have ordered a copperhead but not because I need it. I just want it. I also ordered the programmer and will be giving a full and accurate review of it shortly. If it is junk, I will let you know. The 06 750i is strong. My BF will smoke these tires at will. I don't do it because the tires aren't cheap but the power is there. As for black or painted wheels. I would get the 14" wheels and paint the centers leaving the rims silver. That looks great.

The ride is more firm, the cog is lower so it is more stable. It takes turns like a Raptor. I used to have one so I know.

I looked into the 14" rims, and didnt go that route because of a lack of different tires to run, but they shure look sharp! Watch the VDI when you get it , I've been hearing horror stories about it not being sealed very well and it gets even a touch of water it starts acting up. ( first year bugs) they'll figure it out. as for the silver, it is a type of paint, and it will scratch, but you have to be pretty rough with it, the downfall is, under the silver its black and really shows, but hey thats what they make touchup paint for isnt it ? poindexter, if you ever get a chance to ride in ardmore ok, on a weekend hit me up and maybe I can come out there , going there tomorrow as a matter of a fact.

BFB-

Thanks for the heads up on the vdi. As for the silver, I know, I know, but I couldn't pass it up. It is so sweet. Unlike the plastic, the scratches polish out and wax makes it easier to clean. If it starts flaking or peeling, I will be the first to let you know. I am all about facts (and humor) on this forum. We are going to a place near Dallas called "360" tomorrow. I will try to get some video.
