What do you mean rebuild your clutch? What is wrong with it? What do you do wish to do to it? Did you want to modify it by way of machining? Is it worn out? What part is worn, primary, secondary? You have to be specific.

Have you had the clutch off to see what is worn and? There isn't a rebuild kit for the clutch as there are many components that could be worn you have to be specific. You have to have it in your hands to measure the parts preferably with a mike. Are the bottom on the sheaves worn, bushings that fit on the main shaft, I could go on and on you need to have the parts in your hands for us to help you.
If you don't want the hassle then go to Comet they have a replacement clutch for around $350 US I do beleive.

Im getting it looked at by the dealer. If it is to much ill get all the parts myself and do it and if it still is to cosly ill just get the comet clutch.

Just a footnote to this topic---comet clutch available at mfgsupply.com They suggested the Comet pink spring, I have been running it and the engagement rpm is way to high---I ordered and recieved yesterday the orange comet spring---clutch engagges off of idle now like a stock clutch---I think now I need to fine tune the arms a little---I dont seem to be gettin enough engine rpm at WOT---thinkin if I drill the arms and lighten em up a little---

Oleman, doesn't comet make different weight ramp weights? If you don't get the weight of those suckers dead on, that new clutch won't work worth crap!!!

Alwaysride, you need to tear your clutch apart and see what is worn out. We can help if we know what's wrong!!

Hey Masterblaster---comet makes a whole lotta different arms at different weights--I know mine are pretty heavy at 52.7 grams---I was just figuring it would be easy and cheap to drill a couple of holes in mine to lighten them up and see what diff it makes---might even be a good idea to weigh mine before and after???I will keep you guys posted
