650 recall questions
#1
I called my local dealer Keystone Kawasaki & Yamaha back in August or September to get the steering knuckle replaced. I was told at that time Kawi wasnt getting nearly enough kits out to the dealers and Id be put on the list and get called when my spot came up. My last call to them was about the first week of December and they said the same story and that I was still well down the list......WTF
Is anyone else out there having to wait this long for a replacement?

Hey there is this guy on ebay selling the replacement kits.
Lots of people are being put off on this recall.
Go to your dealer and tell them you want it in writing that they can't fix your quad, a $6500.00 quad that your paying on and its not safe to ride. Tell them you want it all on paper so when you contact your lawyer he will have everything he needs for the lawsuit.
That is what my buddy did for his and they fixed it the next day. He was on the list for 5 months, then he tried this new approach.
good luck..................My '02 650 Prairie had 4K miles without problems, now it is called back.
