Default Helmit Camera, what is a good system

I visited a spy shop they are the only ones that seem to have what I am looking for but they don't have any experience with helmit set ups. I was concidering using my handy cam but I would rather use it for general vidieo instead of bouncing down a muddy trail. I have seen pictures of small hard drive units that can capture hours of video but not sure of how durable they are. If anyone has experience with these units would you share your thoughts.

Holeshot,
That is a sweet looking unit all nice and tidy. I checked out prices in the US and so far it is twice as much in Canada. Not only that but I can't find one here I would have to order it. Price here is roughly 849 plus tax, ouch.
