Default Help lean problem

I have an 04 KFX with a yoshicomp full on it. It also has a k and n powerlid on it. I have it jetted @ 154 and i live up in the 2000 foot range. At night my entire headpipe glows bright red, within minutes. I tried taping up the little hole to the snorkel but it still glows. Should I rejet the bike or what, because jetting is a major pain. I just don't wanna "f' up my bike if it is running to lean. Any suggestions?

YES rejet. try around a 165 to 170.

If you think that is bad try installing two new pistons when you burn the thing up.
