Brute Force Mods ????
#1
I found a 05 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 with 15 miles on it. In the 300 foot area I had to ride the machine I wasn't all that impressed with the acceleration. I figured I just needed more room to see the machines full potenial. Its not like their can be anything wrong with it, its only got 15 miles on her.
What mods can I do to improve performance? Clutching, jetting, exhaust???
Also, besides tie rod issues is their anything else I should be aware of with a 05 BF 750.
Thanks

CDI - The brutes detuned on the bottom and top end and the CDI will remove both as well as bump up the timing some... your choices are the dyna and the VDI.
Since the brutes the second fastest 4x4 out... if it don't impress you then i suggest you get a dirt bike.

The aftermarket availability of add-on performance is endless with this thing. You can do everything you mentioned and you will see huge results. And heck, why stop there? There is an 840 kit available too if you really must have it. You can take this machine and turn it into a monster for the same money you can buy a stock Bomb, and the Bomb is the only thing on the market that is remotely close. If you were to put $10 G's into a Brute you would have the baddest machine around. If you put $10 G's into a Bomb you have a stock machine.
There is a laundry list of so-called complaints with the Brute, most of which come from people that don't even own one. The Brute belongs to a special class of ATV's. There is nothing quite like it on the market. I love my Brute and there isn't anything on the market I would trade it for.

The other BF I tested had a CDI and pipe, thats pry why it feels so different on the acceleration. Anyway I pick it up next week.
Any help with mods would be great. I like to drag race and trail ride mainly, elevation of 1000 ft.
From the sounds of it, the first thing I should get is a Dynatek. How reliable do these make the BF once installed??
Also can anyone tell me what the BF peak hp is and at what RPM?
