Default brute force wear

i have a brute force 750 and i'm trying to decide on wether i want to get the 28in or the 29.5in outlaws. how much more wear will the larger 29.5's put on the brute. and will i need a clutch kit for the 28in tires.

Yes, you will most definately need to do some clutch adjustment for both sizes. You can put the big tires on, but be prepared for early drivetrain failure because it will most likely happen. I personally would not go bigger than 27". The 28" mudlites might be alright, but the 29.5 Outlaws are very heavy and are hard on axles and differentials.
