Default News on Brute Force Windshields!

I swear this will be my final topic on Brute windshields. Here is what I came up with.

I called several dealers in the Wisconsin area and they told me many people are frustrated that Kawi has yet to come up with a windshield for any of the Brute Force machines. These same dealers have already contacted Kawi to tell them about it. Kawi's answer is that their testing process for accessories is rigorous and time consuming and that the windshields will not be available for awhile.

Kawi has really dropped the ball on body accessories. The dealers even said that a lot of the owners of certain Kawi motorcycles are really pissed off due to lack of body accessories/windshields on those too.

I also contacted Maier and they sent me an email, "Our universal ATV windshield will not fit on the Brute Force."

Not many people on this forum seem to concerned with having a windshield on their Brute, but the kind of riding I do demands a windshield. Besides, what is a guy supposed to do in the winter without one?

Otherwise I am a happy Brute owner.

Bubba

I installed a " Cobra Universal windshield " With a 35 degree bend in the upper right mount, it fits very good. Handles 70 Plus MPH Great for cold weather.

I also will be in the market for a windshield before this coming winter for my 06' BF 750. I bought my machine new in Feb. this year and headed up to Hurley to try and keep up with the boys on the sleds and wound up getting some frost bite on my neck with temps around -26. I'm definately looking for one that is going to be fairly easy to remove and put back on.
