Default Does a brute have too much power

My friend has a brute force 750, he just took it back to the dealer because it has twisted the rear differential off the frame on one side. The dealer said they have never seen this before. I was woundering has any one has had or heard of this happening.

This is not normally a problem, but I have commonly heard of loose mounting bolts causing problems.
