Dune mania on the BF 750i
Went to Coral Pink Sand Dunes 2 weeks ago and couldn't get enough. The Brute is just amazing. There is nothing I couldn't do. I kept up with all of the sport bikes and didn't get stuck once. Pulled many a rider out of that deep soft sand with no problem. Caught air, "SWEET", followed trails through the red sandstone cliffs till it got dark turned on those headlights and just kept on going. After the end of the weekend I felt great and wished I didn't have to go home. But I do have a question. Is it ok to put 22 inch ITP Sandstar paddles on the back just as long as I keep it out of 4X4?

I love Coral Pink too. The Brute can make it up everything there easily. I have Bighorns on and they do really well in the sand. I usually ride there in March and April and the sand is a little more firm because of the rain and snow that usually happens around that time of year.

I've never wanted to head that far down the dirt road. I heard that they were picking up and all moving to Texas or something.
Further up the road there is little Sahara. I like the dunes, but the desert dunes get too hot to ride in the summer. Another cool spot is the Cinders in Flagstaff. Its like riding on really firm sand. There are some hill climbs there that will challenge the best machines and riders or you can tool around in the cool pines.
