I made this from 4" PVC pipe and 4 fittings. Parts were 1 cap, 1 plug, 1 coupling and 1 threaded bushing. I glued them together using PVC cement and painted it using Fusion plastic paint. I used hammer tone effects paint. I mounted it with 2 4" pipe straps and some 1/2 inch conduit connectors.

Looks good. The color of the paint matches the dust color on the fenders. You planned that ...............right.....LOL

Looks good! You can also tuck one between the frame behind the bumper in front and use a 4"compression plug to seal it. The plugs come with large wing nuts. Be sure to use the thick wall PVC. The compression plugs are available at Home Depot or Lowe's. You can tuck another one in the back behind the taillight. Out of sight and out of mind and definitely watertight!

I looked at the spot behind the tail light. It looked like a good fit, but with all the mud I get in to I figured it would be a pain to get to when I needed something out of it. The lid would be covered with mud. The spot behind the front bumper I did not think of. Good idea!

ALZATV - I added some PICS to my gallery if you or anyone is interested to see how they fit/look. I have also added the Kawasaki BF 750 2006 upper front fender splash guards.

Ok oolddog, got it. Pics look good. What did you use to mount yours? Do you have any problems with the airflow being blocked with the PVC being in the front of the radiator?
