show up up by blasting through a foot of mud, or jumping stumps. i have a blast with my 750. i rode a two wheel drive the other day and all i could do was go fast and they suck for trail riding. i wanted a bomb but couldnt see spending 2 grand more

I have the Copperhead VDI and the Dynojet Kit. I can usually take the 800 Bombs for the first 100 yards or so. Beyond that they have a higher top end and will reel me in almost every time. In the woods when you are going from corner to corner it will come down to the better rider. The BF is a lot of work to ride fast, but if you have the skills you will be on the fastest trail quad out there. The Bombs are at a disadvantage for skilled riders because you don't have full control over the linked brakes on Bombs.

Good post Curls. I wonder if the 650i would get the jump better on the Bomb trail riding even more so than the 750 because of its improved suspension geometry etc? I kick myself for not getting the 650i.

I'm also thinking about getting a brute for myself and wanted the bomb a while ago but after having probs with my ds I got tired of spending all the money just for their expensive parts and just to get parts the nearst dealer is 45mins away so its not very fun and the outty is a couple thousand more if the get the top of the line. and as for the kfx 400 I found this archive of vids and pics from a forum member and he beats a z400 which is the same thing

The brute has a ton of pulling power plus it still accelerates like a rocket. And you cant hardly get it stuck in the mud. Don't hold me to it. It is possible lol but it will go farther than the bombi in the mud. As far as ride the bombi has them beat and in a drag the bombi has 1-2 links but otherwise they will both do 70+ so who cares about more speed i say get some 27" gators and swamp that atv.
Hope i've helped you out.

both of them are really great bikes, but i'd go with the brute. if you are gonna spend 2 grand more on the bomb, might as well just put the 2 grand into the brute. well that's just what i think.
