ok it messed up, heres the message (Welp, heading up town tomorrow to try and swindle me a deal on a brute. Got the kodiak out few hours ago and soaped and shine'd 'er up. Im sure hoping one of the two dealers that are fairly close to me will take it in on payoff and give me enuff fora downpayment on brute. One dealer is 30 miles north, the other is 30miles south lol. i'm the same way-- impatient 20-something american.

1) ebay-- it will sell... probably as much as the dealer will give you on trade and the nsome

2) after the dealer gives you the "trade in" value, put it in the newspaper and atvtraderonline.com for that price + $500 and it'll go quick

3) or look at atvtraderonline, ebay, and some classifieds for machines similar to your machine and price beat those ads by 10% or more.

Just don't cheat yourself... and buying without trading always saves you money-- i've never seen it work the other way around. So... i'd recommend holding your breathe for one week... and trying to sell your kodiak.

are you stuck on the brute? have you looked at the other big bores? maybe take this week and ride a couple and evaluate it while selling your kodiak? just my 0.02

 

Welp, half a tank of fuel later i return lol. Its the same dealer we bought our 2000 rancher 4x4 from, and of course he wanted to give me their dealership facebook trade in value, he will work though, meaning i think he will flex, i got em to give me a rebate and get me a 06 brute 650i ordered in for no extra charge(no rebate on 07s) , but he isnt gettin a sell on me unless he pays the bank off full payoff, calling bank monday hope to settle all this in a week. later fellas -joe
