Brute Force 750 fuse problem

Default Brute Force 750 fuse problem

Hello i'm new to this forum I have a 05 brute force 750i and it is blowing th 30 amp fuse as soon as I turn the key on any ideas on what it could be ? Took it out saturday and rode it and cam home and washed it and washed under the seat and today was the first time I have had it out since then .

You have a wet connection somewere. You washed under the seat? With a hose? I would try to leave the battery, and fuse, and wiring harnesses as dry as you can under the seat.

Yeah I washed under the seat with a hose had some red clay mud and junk under the seat .Should I take air and blow around the connectors ? And what do you guys use to water proof them with ?

dielectric grease is your friend. grease every connection you can find. next check your buss connectors if you need help on those PM me. for it to blow your fuses you have a short. if you have a winch follow your hot wires back and see if they are rubbed bare or cut.

Hey guys got the fuse problem fixed I think lol it was the wire that runs across the top of the fuel tank that comes from the box on the back of the atv I didn't see no wires burnt or anything so I don't know hope thats it's running good right for now . Thanks for all help
