Default Brute Force

I am looking at getting a new four wheeler and considering the Brute Force. I want a machine that will go through some mud and a good machine. So is the Brute Force a good choice or should I get another atv. I just don't know which one to get. Please if you can refrain from a biased answer i'd appriciate it. Also I don't have the dough for a Can-Am so I have eliminated that one.

I don't think you could go wrong with the new brute forces. The new ones have changed geometry on the front suspension along with softer shocks all around. I have owned a 04 grizzly, 05 king quad,05 750 brute and now a 06 650 brute. I liked all of the machines listed. Each machine has it's good things and bad things. With the changes Kawi has made on the newer models. The 06 650 is as close as it gets to a perfect atv for the way I use them. You probably don't ride the same way as I do so you need to look at the way you are going to use it. I have friends that own Bombs and they like them. What little I have ridden the Bombs, I do like them. The price took them out of the question for me. I do not think they are worth the extra cash. That is the reason I have the 06 Kawi. It is the BEST buy on the market. period

What is better for others do not necessarily mean it is better for you too, especially when two quads are so similar ('07 BF650i IRS vs BF750). If you are also comparing BF650 SRS, then that's a different quad as far as the handling goes. If you have money, get a 750.

Either is a good choice.....................on one condition.........with tires.

If you want to mud, it's not the machine. Yes some are better than others, but tires mean more than most people think.
The brutes have the low end grunt to pull bigger tires through the mud. My second choice would be a Sp800. Both have total 4wd with no speed limiter. I like the BF over the SP just because it is 150 lbs lighter and is more fun to ride.

I would either get an Arctic Cat #1, for the highest ground clearance and diff locker, BF #2 for power, and Grizzly #3 for power steering in thick mud

I think I will be getting a Brute Force 750. I have narrowed it down to Grizzley,Brute Force, King Quad, Sportsman, and Prarie. I've also about putting either mud hog's or Mud lites. I like the looks of the Mud Hogs and they look aggressive

So are you saying that the 750i doesnt handle as well as the 650i. Are the 750's still plagued with bad suspension and handling, that i have heard about? I really like the some things about the 750 but i have been scared off by some of the negative comments made.
