I ride a 2001 Lakota Sport. i love the suspension, it handles well on the trails. I mostly do trailing riding, little bit of jumping. But am very happy with it. I had a Bayou 220 before and traded about 5 mo ago. I am surprised that you would be interested in a Lokota after owning a DS650 ans a Banshee!

does the bike feel heavy?i know the DS is 460 dry,but it has over twice as many cc's.just curious,it looks like a pretty nice bike.for a 300cc bike does it handle the weight pretty good?

I don't have a problem with it, it can do slides, it does feel a little heavy but i can still move it around on the trails. Was a little achey riding it for the first mo. or so, but since have built up my upper body strengh. Am ok now. lol. Although i have never riden a true sports quad and have never felt the lightness of a sports quad, they look pretty light. see ya!

About how fast will it go? I'm also looking a buying one for my wife. My buddy's girlfriend has a warrior we would like to ride together but I want her to have something that has good power. I like the auto clutch it will make it easy for her to learn. I like the look of the bike to. My friend rented a big bear and that thing was so slow even on the trails.
