FYI - more hp and low-end from a 220 bayou
Back the valve lash adjusters off between 1/4 and 3/8 of a turn on the exhaust and 3/4 to 1/2 turn on the intake. That's it. Should be worth around 2 hp increase according to my engine sim software. I can definitely say there is an increase in power from riding it! Much more low-end. The only drawback is the constant ticking heard from the valves.
Don't go more turns than what I said. You will gain some more low-end, but not enough to justify the loss of top-end hp.
Give some feedback if you try it.
I'm not sure if this will work on any other bikes, I need the cam profile to work from (and that's not an easy thing to find if I don't have the bike).
