ok guys im look at buying a 03 kfx400 they want 3,795 bucks is this a good price the quad is mint shape i would also like to know the wheelie ability tourque and does anybody know the stock top speed

 

Thats a little high for an 03, you can buy a brand new 06 here in oklahoma for 4,200

 

yeah that is high for an 03..I just got my z400(same as the kfx400) for 2900 in great shape. and also they are great wheelie bikes and I think they top out at about 63-68mph

 

06 for sale at local shop with tons of accessories and mint condition for $3800. I just bought a 2005 on eBay last month and I love it. I paid $3075. There are good deals out there....

 

thats a little high for an 03, me and some friends clocked my stock kfx400 at 72 the other day

 

well i live in small town the poplulation is some thing like 300 or somethin like that and everything is high around here they want almost 5.50 for a box of 50 .22 shells its outragous im here all kinds of top speed ranging from 65 to 72 i guess it all depends on weather alltitude and stuff like that but hows the low end tourque on this things do i need to drop the clutch to wheelie it or can i just pull up on it

 

no need to drop the clutch, in 1st and 2nd you just gotta hit the gas and lean back, and in 3rd just stand up and lean back, give er gas and youll be wheelying it all the time. lots of fun. in my opinion the best stock quad you can buy. and in stock for, it will take a piped 400ex easily.
