Default gettin the most from my vforce

hey guys

im hoping somone can give me some wisdom. i already have dual hmfs and a magnum cdi box, and it really made a big difference in my performance but it still seems like im gettin beat on top end by the 450s. for the first 250feet im in front but thats about where i lose it. i have a friend that works on my quads, he says i shouldnt put a different spring or clutches. he said it will make my quad hard to handle on the trails. most of my riding is done in the woods but i also like to drag.

i ve seen some springs that have little or no stall but still give improvements to the shift patterns and top end. have any of you guys out there made any of these changes and if so are you satisfied

Making more power isn't going to do you any good without a clutch kit or at least a spring change. The stock spring shifts way too soon and causes it to fall flat around 35-40 mph as you can already tell. A spring with a little stall will give you a good launch and you'll get used to it on the trails in no time.

If you don't like a spring with a higher stall, install the pink or blue spring, they work very well with stock internal 700. The thing you realy should do is have the clutch machined for more top end.
I can tell someone to call for more info and pricing if you send me a PM.
