I have a Prarie 700 and I just bought a Dyna CDI. Now when the dayna is installed it will push about a liter of oil through the breather up under the handle bars in about 60kms. Now it's been on all four tires, no wheelies and the oil is not over filled. This oil is not in the air box. If I put the stock CDI back in it's fine and runs like a top and the oil will not come out. I'm running the Kawi mineral oil. Any comments?

 

The breather for the engine goes to the air box,so it's not engine oil. My guess would be that one of the diff is over filled or there is water in there making it overfilled,then blowing out the vent line up under the bars when it get hot enough.

That make no sence to me. I'll look at mine tonight but as far as I can remember there is no vent line for the engine under the bars.
