Upgrades for a 1987 klf 110?

Upgrades for a 1987 klf 110?
What could I do? Would I be able to use a sports exhaust? It's not the fastest and DEFINITELY not the strongest. Any ideas? BTW, I'm not too handy with this kind of stuff...could I buy something and have kawasaki put it on??? Thank you guys!
