Has anybody ever installed lights on a KFX 80 before? Is there an AUX under the hood plate? Or some where. Or do I have to splice? Is there enough juice to run lights? Please the kid needs lights, I just wanna hear the right way to do it.

my son has a suzuki lt80 which you probably know its the same. first you need the light hood it should have a switch and instruction how to wire, and no there is not enough currnet to light it. you need to replace the stator. ricky stator is the only one i know of. they sell on ebay for $90 plus shipping. we used to run his with LED flashlights. they worked pretty good,and the batteries lasted a while. the LED can haddle the bumps and vibrations.plus its a lot cheaper. good luck
