hey all i was looking at buying a used 04 prairre 700 4x4 and i was wondering if i would lose alot dependability if i put a lift on it?Like 2in.lift from high lifter or just putting on after markrt shocks to increase it.Just thought the quad could use a little more clearance,since it is a solid axle.And also was this a pretty depenable quad from the factory new that year?I always thought they were a pretty good quad,but don't know whole lot bout them.I won't be changing the tire size leav'in it at 25 in.Ok any info.is appriecated,thanks cedarbush.


Also the asking price is 5700.00.It has 315 miles on it and comes with a winch,plow,camo.I thought 5000.00 would be a good deal.

 

I would add the aftermarket shocks and not worry too much about the lift. The stock shock/ struts are a little on the soft side especially if your on the bigger side.
