What I understand about the 100hr belt light is your machine has 2 hr meters. One is on the display and runs whenever the key is on weither the motor is running or not. The other is in the stock cdi and only counts-runs when the motor is running. That's why some people have well over 100hrs on their display when the light actually comes on. From my understanding the stock cdi will have the same internal hrs on it as it did when you removed it. So if you've got 2hrs on your stock cdi then your good for a while if you've got 98hrs then the belt light will be on very soon. You can remove the dyna and the bike will run ok but you will lose power and the belt light will eventually come on. Have you considered selling your dyna and getting a VDI? They are more expensive but don't have the sputter your talking about, it's just food for thought.

Changed out Dyna CDI with stock CDI and Moose Power Mod tonight and it was great. No sputtering and still lots of power. Dyna makes the Moose Mod. cryppie, what is the need of a second snorkel out of rad cap?</end quote></div>
Two small snorkels beat one large.
