Default O6 brute force 750i

I just recently bought a 06 brute 750, took it out this past weekend and it worked awesome, this bike is a real head turner running on a set of 29.5 outlaw paddle wheels..Anyways playing in the mud I found that the front diff sounded like it was grinding away, I don't know alot about the machine but I suspect that having a front diff lock function that the front diff must have clutches in it..I'm figuring that the noise has something to do with that..The noise eventually goes away when i get it on the road and open her up..Does anyone had this problem before...

You might check for leaks around the seals. If they let oil out or mud inside, you will have some costly repairs soon. Best thing to do is drain the oil and check for contamination and/or metal shavings and then go from there.

Good luck and happy trails...
