Default 750 brute force ??

Mornin Boys,,
I'm a Polaris owner but thought I would stop by (I ain't proud) and ask some questions,, My neighbor had a 04 500 sportsman burn and took $20.000 of stuff with it, He was at a time share thingy and bought a $10 ticket to win a 07 750 brute force "NRA" edition, and won it, Not a bad quad, I seen on a site that they had a recall on warren winches, 8 bolt not 4, We put his winch on and it's the 4, so he's safe, Is there any thing else he need's to know bout??

Default 750 brute force ??

its a fine machine no problems to report. the thing puts out so much hp the ingition is retarded off idle from the factory to prevent nOObs from killing themselves. get a highlifter powerpack and it will advance the timing off idle and give him 5 hps. the thing will carry wheelstands. get a dyna fs cdi for more hp, better starts and disable the reverse limiter and de-rater. he can run cheap pump gas but it will also retard the ignition. run premium fuel or octane booster for a couple more hps. oh and dump those crappy stock tires and wheels asap. they ride like hell and look stupid. i got a set of 27" mudlite xtrs on 14 rims and rides and it looks awesome. he has to install a clutch kit if he does that. they also run hot the fan comes on at 212f and runs alot. run water wetter in the antifreeze like motocool. i did that and my fan hardly ever runs now.

Tell him, to get better belt life to use low as much as possible. Use it when going slow, climbing, pulling, mudding, pushing etc. Also, go to nyrocatv.com for good info. All the belt knowlage will be found in the tech tips section under prairie(same as brute). enjoy
