Waterproofing the Bayou 220?

Waterproofing the Bayou 220?
I have a Bayou 220 and would like to know of any tips to waterproof and mudproof my engine and electricalsystem.
I know of a few obvious ones:
1. Muffler Tailpipe extension
2. Air box breather/filter extension
3. Sylicone around the sparkplug
Anything else would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
