KLF300 Bayou Fuel Starved?

KLF300 Bayou Fuel Starved?
First post, so I hope I am doing this correctly. My neighbor has a 1999 300 Bayou, but sounds like it is not getting any fuel.
1) Tank is full [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
2) I checked the petcock--it is in the "on" position.
Cranks ok, but I am hopeful someone can give us somewhere to start--is there a fuel filter on this? Thanks for your help!
