KFX400 A-arms?

I think my a-arms are bent on one side (standing directly in front of the quad, and looking down...my right(quads left), they are pushed back slightly)
They are not bent, but I can tell they are just set back for some reason. I'm not sure if the previous owner hit something, or if it's a semi bent tie-rod or what the problem is. It pulls to the left on paved or packed dirt roads, and the left front tire does not stand up straight. It's not terrible or hideous looking, but I just want it fixed I guess you could say and it bugs me to know something isn't as it should be.
My question is....should I replace just the a-arms (just that side) and maybe the tie rod to make sure with OEM parts or just go with aftermarket a-arms (both sides)
I really wouldn't mind lowering it slightly, but nothing to MX style heights. The only problem is I just ordered some 20" holeshots and I would most likely have to lower the back as well, right? How would I go about doing that? A shorter shock?
any suggestions would be greatly appeciated

Here's a few pics of what it looks like when looking down at the A-arms. It seems like the left side is just pushed back to me. Is there any way of fixing this with out getting new arms? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys
