HELP ASAP

Default HELP ASAP

hey guys do i need a special spring compresser to compress the back shock spring and if i droo the rear end shock and spring set up can i use the spring compresser to put it back on when reaslembling and if so how am i spouse to get the compresser tool back off theres limited room between the shock and coil of the spring ??? btw this is on a 03 p360

I'm not sure I understand you correctly you are simply just trying to lower the ride highth? or are you wanting to remove the shock from the atv?

i want to remove the shock form the atv so i can remove the swing are(rear end) form the wheeler

Default HELP ASAP

Just unbolt the shock from the bottom & top mounts, after you have removed the rear wheels & with the use of a jack to raise or lower the rear end.
To remove the rear shock unbolt the bottom bolt 1st, when u reinstall the shock, insert the top bolt 1st.
You want the pressure off of the shock to unbolt it that is where the floor jack comes into use.
To adjust this single shock, the dealers remove the shock.

i dont need to change the settings on the shock i just wanted to find out if i had to compress the spring to remove the bottome bolt so that way i can remove the swing arm so i can put in a new connector boot but i called a shop and asked and i also found out for mi self that i dont need one thank u guys for the help

can ne one tell me waht size bolt is on the swing arm where it connect to the frame the biggest soccket i have is 1"1/16th i think it might be an `1"1/4 if ne of u know please let me know asap
