Help! I have a 2001 prarie 300 4x2. Love the bike.but has a tough time starting and staying running after until it's totally hot.Coughs ,chokes and bucks. The choke helps. I'm at 3000 ft in altitude. Any suggestions? Dearler says it's just that way!

Dealer's right. The ARE cold-natured.

We have a 2000 model, it appears to be cold natured below 45 degrees. It is in the shop now because of a broken choke lever and cable. I would think a jet kit would help. I have a 99 Lakota and a 99 Bayou 220 that were cold natured. Put jet kits in them and now they fire right up.It never gets that cold where we live.
