Default 06 brute 750 hot need help

Questions, Where was the antifreeze coming out of? Was the cooling fan running?
Suggestion, without knowing the answer to the first 2 questions, Change out the antifreeze. Drain the old, flush the system out with a 50/50 mix of water, vinegar. Fill the cooling system up with this mixture start the motor let it cycle once or twice, then drain it out. Then add new 50/50 mix coolant (half coolant / half distilled water).
If you want you could add a product called water wetter. It is just an additive you put into the antifreeze but it does help. I run it in mine, made a 20 degree difference. Or you could change the type of coolant. Do the same as before with flushing out the system but refill it with Engine Ice. DO NOT COMBINE this type with regular antifreeze. You must flush the system before you change coolants.
Hope this helps.

Default 06 brute 750 hot need help

I have an 06 brute 750 and the breaker under the seat went bad and the light on the dash started blinking that it was hot. I checked the bike over and found the fan wasn't coming on. The part was $8 at the dealer. Part #21008-0001. It's just a 2 wire breaker.

My brothers 08 750 brute did the same thing.
Come to find out his fan wasn't coming on. As stated above there is a plug under the seat the plug had dirt in it so it wasn't making
good contact. Just cleaned it out and she was as good as new. Good Luck
