Default help with 86 bayou

the atv has sat for a geed while so I cleaned the carb, changed oil and filter and all of that. I get it started and it is sucking air at the isulator part #10673 (the pat with the o-ring in it) where it meets the head, it may also be sucking air between that piece and the carb mount part #16065. what should I do? Do I replace them, put blue glue of it or what, lol. I would greatly appreciate any help

So, air is leaking in between those parts?
Why is air leaking in anyway, broken or worn-out?
You may try non-pemanent glue like RTV sealant.
Does the engine start at all?

yes starts but dies when you rev it, the parts look fine. you can spray carb cleaner on these parts and the idle speeds up

There RTV that are resistant to fuel/gasoline. Look around.
