Default gas line filter

Hi, A friend of mine had a problem on the weekend. The float valve in the carb bowl got plugged with some debris in the fuel and he had to be towed out as they didn't have the required tools with them. I've had this happen with a motorcyle once many years ago.
My question is this....do many of you put inline fuel filters on your bikes?
I don't think that my '07 Prairie 360 has one but I"ll have to wait until daylight before I go and check.

I put an inline filter on my old IT465. Worked great.

Most bikes have an inline filter its just finding it and maintaining them.

I have 10+ off road bikes & quads combined and NONE of them has an aftermarket fuel filter - just whatever they came from factory and no such carb contamination problem.
