BF 750 wont rev
Long story short. VDI CDI broke so I bought a Dynatek CDI. 2 hours into ride Brand new dynatek stopped working. After checking for spark it looked as if the plugs were dry. I got it to fire with carb cleaner so I dumped gas straight into the carbs. After about a minute of starting it started up.
It now fires right up and will idle just fine but doesnt want to rev. I can peg the throttle and it will rev maybe a couple hundred rpm and kinda surge. It wont stall out no matter how much gas I give it and the choke has no effect.
The plugs look fine and are not white or fouled black. The exhaust gasses look normal.
This is what it is doing. Does it with the stock cdi, Velocity, and the Dynatek. Does it both in neutral and in gear. I disconnected the left and right coil one at a time and it still does it.
