Bear with me for being a rookie...but I need to replace the stock tires on my '06 Brute Force.

What would be a good recommendation to use on my stock rims?

Background....just a recreational rider...too darn old to get real foolish.....but do ride trails that can get into some serious mud.

if you want reasonably priced MUD TIRES, my prefrence is mud bugs by maxxis, or kenda exicutioners. but an all around trail tire, not serious mudding, would be maxxis bighorns, or bighorns 2.0. the 2.0 is a little lighter.

i am not a big fan of the mudlights, good tires but wear out way too fast for the money

Thank you for the reply. I was more interested in getting feedback on the sizes.

My friend has a 2006 also it depends on if you have a solid rear axle or indenpendent. He has a solid rear axle and put 27 9-12 front & 27 11-12 rear on stock rims he has went with the ITP 589 which do good in mud & snow a little rough on hard packed surface. I have a 2002 kvf 650 with solid axle and just put 27 10-12 and 27 12-12 kenda executioners on ITP Delta rims, these will take away some power from your machine. If you have had other tires on besides stock you won't notice much. I use to have gators on mine which weighed about the same as my new ones only about 5lbs diff a tire.
