hi i got a 93 bayou 300,i put a new carb kit in it about 6 months ago and it ran fine.now for some reason it starts hard sometimes it dont need any choke then other times it needs full chokeand it whirls over quite a bit before it starts,and it runs rough and hardly idles now.
any suggestions? thanks

 

sure..
take it apart, again, and clean out the junk... and put in an inline filter

 

did it yesterday and i put a new inline filter in it,no change.
