HI GUYS, I WAS OUT RIDING THE OTHERNIGHT WITH A POPO AND A HONDA. I GOT IN THE THICK AND USED MY FRONT DIFF LOCK, I GOT OUT OF THE HOLE BUT NOW THE FRONT DIFF GRINDS AND THE FRONT DIFF WILL NOT DISINGAGE SOUNDS BAD.... ANY IDEA WHAT IT COULD BE?

POLARIS RODE ON TO GET THE TRUCK TO LOAD-UP MY QUAD......HE BROKE A BELT 2 MINS DOWN THE ROAD. I ENDED UP RIDING BITCH ON A HONDA WHILE WE TOWED THE POLARIS HOME..

 

Drain in the front diff oil and see if any metal debris come out with oil.
If yes, you've got broken gears in there.
If not, some clutch packs in the gear box got jammed or stuck together.
Either way, you need to split up the case to fix the problem.
